Job Description

One of our is looking for a Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join a reputable company based in Plymouth.

The role will entail the following;

• Predominantly prospecting new and dormant customers
• Data cleanse, data capture, Seminar invitation and appointment generation for the Directors and our membership Co-coordinator to potential, new, dormant and existing customers.
• Scheduling of your follow up calls
• Up-selling bookings.
• Account holding of the main clients that you have generated.
• Taking the overflow of inbound calls – these calling could be enquiries of spaces available on courses, the requirement of further details of specific courses, membership enquiries, certificate enquiries.
• Computer literate

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic candidate with a ‘can-do’ attitude and excellent communication skills.
