About Us

We are Poppins, a new mobile App that allows busy parents to search & book, review & pay local police checked babysitters, even at short notice.

We are a small but friendly team of two co-founders looking for our third Technical counterpart! Once we have hired we will be moving into offices in the E1 area, but are open to flexible options for working remotely part of the week.

We are looking for a CTO to start mid October to build our MVP iOS app  -with the launch scheduled for late 2015.

We offer Salary + Equity for the right person.

MVP App Features

• Payment Transaction
• Social Media (Facebook integration)
• Backend Communication, large database of both parents and babysitters.
• Push Notifications
• In app messaging (similar to whatsapp)

Candidate requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar
• Solid understanding of full-stack development, with multiple examples of shipped products, including iOS and Android.
• Experience with the complete process of taking an app from design, through development, launch and ongoing iteratio
• 4+ years experience of web/mobile development and ideally managing a team.
• Hard working, passionate, and with a good sense of humour
