Video messaging App programmer...

My self and a business partner have come up with a unique mobile app (still in concept)to make video messaging more effective and practical.
We believe we have something that will have longevity in the current and future market. The only problem is I cant code or programme and have very little capital to get this made by big or medium sized app companies. Our final designs for the app are more a less completed (just a little tweaking), company is formed. We have IP & TM filling are going through (this is for the unique aspects of our app), we hope to get a patent when major funding has been secured. We just need the app made so we can start testing and using. We would like an individual who is highly skilled and looking for a possible big adventure. Our idea could potentially be very lucrative (but we wont know for sure till the app is built, it is simple but very effective. My career industry means that getting people on to try and use will be very easy to do, but I need to have a product first and for this I need a coder/programmer. I can offer equity in the company and cover small costs for the developer but nothing major. I would love to hear from you if you are interested.
1 am based London but have no problems working with someone outside London.(my partner is based in Leicester)
