TechUKSkills.com service is provided by Phoenix Global Media Network Ltd (hereinafter sometimes referred to as TechUKSkills.com or “PhoenixGMN.com”, both of which expressions shall unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, be deemed to mean and include its legal representation in the following agreement) . This service is for adults only (you must be at least 18 years old). The TechUKSkills.com Social Networking Portal is a way for adults to meet each other online, express their opinion and create events.

As a Member, you agree that:

In case where a profile detail or photo is rejected for breach of terms & conditions, TechUKSkills.com may or maynot inform the member about this.
You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk E-mail to other TechUKSkills.com members.
You will not post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other TechUKSkills.com members. TechUKSkills.com, reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other members. Any infraction may lead to legal remedy on behalf of TechUKSkills.com.
Indemnity by Member
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TechUKSkills.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) relating to or arising out of your use of the TechUKSkills.com Service, including, but not limited to, any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement.

Mobile Fees and Payments
Any questions or disputes regarding billing, fees or payments should be addressed to your third party mobile phone service provider.

General Provisions

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
Refund Policy
You may terminate your membership at any time by selecting the appropriate account option in the edit profile section. No refunds will be given for unused subscription fees. TechUKSkills.com reserves the right to terminate your membership for any reason of if you are in breach of our terms and conditions.
Marketing & Newsletter Policy
PhoenixGMN.com (and its subsidiaries & partners) reserves the right to contact you via email for newsletter about this portal, other relevant news & services, marketing offers and sales promotions. You will be given an unsubscribe option within the email near the footer if you don’t wish to receive any particular category of communication. You shouldn’t signup if you don’t agree with this term and you may terminate your membership if you don’t wish to receive any newsletter or marketing email from us. Termination will unsubscribe you from all our newsletters however if you still receive an email then please forward to us so our marketing department can switch it off manually for you.
