Job Description

Fournitures Faciles (www.fournituresfaciles.co.uk) is a London based start-up that provides school supplies to the French community in London for the new school year each September. We are now in our fourth year, having doubled in size each year since we first launched. This year we are expanding our services to include Amazon and eBay shops, as well as promoting ourselves more strongly via digital marketing. We need a French speaking digital marketer to help prepare the business to do this work. If the role is successful then we will want the person to become part of the core team as we run the Summer sales programme.

The role:

• Set-up the eBay and Amazon shops for the business
• Develop a digital marketing plan for both paid and earned media
• Run social media campaigns to drive traffic to the site
• If successful, then the role will also include operational support to provide the packs

Experience required:

• • Must understand digital marketing and social media in order to:
    • Set-up and run the Amazon / eBay websites
    • Manage digital marketing (both paid and earned
    • Run social media campaign
    • Manage online support

Must have:

• Strong French speaking skills
• A valid work permit for the UK along with references
• Have a very strong eye for detail / accuracy – therefore, preferably someone with a numerate background that can use eXcel spreadsheets
• The ability to take the initiative – this remains a start-up operation and so will require last minute changes from time to time
• Must have a laptop and access to the internet

Timescales / location

• We are looking for someone that can work 20 hours / week for the first four weeks, but then potentially going full-time for another 6 weeks if successful
• Rates will be £6.50 / hour
• The location is Kensal Rise, but for the initial four week work can be done off-site
