Who we are:

We’re currently a team of two starting our own venture. The start-up idea is in the workspace/remote working arena. We are both very excited about our vision and believe it will be an innovative game changer in the industry.

As background, we the two co-founders have leading academic backgrounds (Cambridge, Imperial and Cass) and have worked for companies including leading global investment banks and for the Oil Majors in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, business development and trading.

The Role:

Neither of us have formal programming experience which is why we’re looking for a CTO to join our team. We want an engineer who understands mobile apps, web apps, and front end building. Most importantly, we need somebody who can take charge and has the attitude to solve problems when there isn’t an obvious answer.

No previous CTO experience is required. Rather we’re looking for somebody with an entrepreneurial drive and who wants to own their work and not be a cog in a larger machine.

We have a strong vision (which we’re very excited about) and need someone to help us architect and realize this vision. This individual would help collaborate with us to build features, and learn with us as we build a product from the ground up. The applicant should be comfortable with JavaScript, HTML and CSS, as well as programming for Android and iOS.

Time Commitment:

The two of us have full time jobs outside this project. We’re not expecting somebody to quit their job or relocate asap; however, upon launching an MVP we’re determined to make a quick push to market and dedicate ourselves to this venture. We feel this could be a game changer.

Compensation:

We’re just getting this off the ground and are looking for an equity partner to join our team. If we wanted a contractor, we could find one easily enough.
